Department Description: The Department of Islamic Education and Quranic Sciences is an academic specialization that aims to prepare specialized cadres in teaching Islamic Education and sciences related to the Holy Quran, such as exegesis (Tafsir), recitation sciences, and the inimitability of the Quran. The department focuses on integrating deep Sharia knowledge with modern educational methods to qualify teachers and preachers capable of propagating correct Islamic values in society and educational institutions.
Vision: To be a leader in the field of Sharia and educational studies, and for the department to be a scholarly and cultural reference for promoting moderate Islamic thought and sublime Quranic values.
Mission: To graduate competent professionals, linguistically and educationally qualified, in the fields of Islamic education and Quranic sciences, and to conduct scientific research to serve the nation's issues and disseminate correct religious awareness.
Goals:

Providing students with a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the sciences of the Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah.

Developing educational and didactic skills for effectively teaching Islamic subjects.
