Department Description: The Clinical Nutrition Department is a medical and scientific specialization concerned with studying the body's nutrient needs in both health and disease states. The specialization focuses on assessing patients' nutritional status and designing specialized diet plans for treating chronic and acute diseases such as diabetes, kidney diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, and obesity, as well as providing nutritional care in hospitals and health centers.

Mission: To graduate clinical nutrition specialists qualified with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide advanced, evidence-based nutritional care, and to contribute to health awareness and scientific research.Goals:

Providing students with the scientific and medical foundations of nutrition science and metabolism.

Training students to assess, design, and implement therapeutic dietary plans for patients.
